DO I GET A T-SHIRT?

I CLICKED THE WRONG T-SHIRT SIZE? CAN YOU FIX THAT?
Yes, just let us know your name and the size you intended. Email changes to buttondowndash@gwinnettchamber.org
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO PARTICIPATE?
You must be at least 6 years old. And please use good judgment. Please line up in the back of the start line.
CAN I RUN WITH MY BABY JOGGER?
Yes, in the 5K. You must promise to NOT run over other runners, keep your child safe at all times and use good judgment.
IF I WANT TO RUN WITH MY CHILD, DO I HAVE TO PAY?
Yes, everyone in the race must be registered. (Except for the wee little riders in the baby jogger.)
CAN I RUN WITH MY DOG?
No.
I DON’T REALLY “RUN”– CAN I WALK THE COURSE?
Yes, you can walk the course, but please position yourself at the back of the start line.
MY BOSS CALLED AN EMERGENCY MEETING, I WAS SENT OUT OF TOWN ON BUSINESS AT THE LAST MINUTE – CAN I GET A REFUND SINCE I ALREADY REGISTERED?
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds.
CAN I TRANSFER MY REGISTRATION TO SOMEONE ELSE?
No, for all sorts of safety and legal reasons. This is a standard race running industry policy.
WHEN IS PACKET PICKUP?
Friday, August 2 from 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at Big Peach Suwanee; Saturday, August 3 from 6:30 a.m. – 7:40 a.m. at the Suwanee Town Center stage.
CAN MY FRIEND PICK UP MY PACKET?
Yes.
WHERE CAN I SEE RESULTS?
Results will be posted LIVE by Runner’s Fit during the race at this website: https://runsignup.com/buttondowndash/results. Runners also have the option to receive their results immediately after crossing the finish line by text.
CAN I USE AN IPOD OR SIMILAR HEADSET?
Yes, but please be careful. Make sure that you can hear all course and safety instructions from volunteers and police officers.
WHAT IF IT RAINS THE DAY OF THE RACE?
We will run rain or shine, so put on you trench coat until the start of the race.
